        In addition, the latest edition of this book (see above) now includes information on how to grow salad greens, European and Asian vegetables.

 Plus, it's incredibly easy to read, and whether you're in your first year of growing vegetables or in your 50s, I guarantee you'll learn something.


 26. All New Square Foot Gardening II by Mel Bartholomew




        If you are doing household chores in a confined space, I highly recommend purchasing this book.

 This is an excellent guide to improving and improving small gardening, including information on vertical gardening.

        I have yet to find any other gardening books that are willing to provide you with so many different ways to learn.

        This alone makes it one of the best books on gardening.


One of my favorite parts of this book, though, is that it debunks many of the misleading and false claims we can find online.
